Interact with generative AI by crafting effective prompts
Use AI tools to produce professional multimedia content (texts, images, presentations, videos)
Review and improve AI-generated content
Identify key principles of security, legal and ethical regulations, as well as best practices for safe and responsible use of AI
Before the training: e-learning on AI fundamentals
- Prior to the training: an e-learning module on AI fundamentals, to be completed before Day 1 to ensure you start with the necessary basics in place.
Day 1: Understanding AI and mastering prompting
- Dive into AI: understand the principles of generative AI and its impact on your profession
- Ethics, bias, GDPR, AI Act: real-life cases and key reflexes for responsible AI use
- Overview of major LLMs: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, Microsoft Copilot – strengths, limitations, and complementarities
- The art of advanced prompting: design structured and contextualized prompts to interact effectively with generative AI
- Hands-on workshop: creating prompts tailored to different professional contexts
- Adapting prompts based on context, target audience, and available data
- Developing critical thinking toward AI outputs: detecting hallucinations, minimizing errors, verifying and improving generated content
Day 2: Producing professional content with AI
- AI-assisted professional writing: emails, reports, summaries, briefs, articles
- Document analysis and summarization: leveraging AI to process large volumes of information
- Creating presentations and visual materials with AI
- Generating professional images using AI tools (Seelab, Ideogram, DALL·E…)
- Exploring multimedia tools: audio, video, and interactive content generation (Wondercraft, Lumen5, Heygen…)
- Creating your own customized AI assistant using Gems (Gemini), GPTs (ChatGPT), and Projects (Claude): configure a tailored assistant for your business needs without technical skills; introduction to shadow AI and related governance challenges
- Role-based hands-on workshop: producing professional content adapted to your context (support, operational, sales, technical roles…)
- Feedback and identification of best practices
Day 3: Certification preparation
- Detailed presentation of RS6891 requirements (C1 to C5)
- Certification preparation: support in structuring the written report; preparation for the oral presentation (advice and mock sessions); personalized recommendations to successfully obtain the certification
Be comfortable using a computer and browsing the internet
Hold a two-year higher education degree (or equivalent), ideally in a field related, fully or partially, to multimedia content creation
Have at least 6 months of professional experience in a role related to web-based multimedia content creation
Demonstrate an interest in technology and curiosity about digital tools
